An explosive menu mixing old Italian classics, with amazing products direct from 180 small producers in Italy – plus a few fun twists from Chef Armando. From the outrageous Cacio e Pepe, to the Neapolitan Pizza heated in the gigantic Marana oven and even the Italian gelato made with love, Bronte pistacchio. Everything we do is 100% fresh and homemade.
When it comes to drinks, the bar team has created a killer cocktail menu, with the likes of Berry White’s Negroni, the ultimate Italian classic flavoured with strawberry, or a kick-ass Watermelon Sugar Mojito. In the warm and cozy wine room, you’ll find 50 Barolo’s from the best winemakers of Piemonte like Marco Parusso or GD Vajra.
Gloria is a little corner of Italy over two floors. Open for lunch & dinner. Joyful and lush by day, the place gets funky at night, with house made playlists and a cozy vibe downstairs. Bouyyaaa.
The main bar, banquette seating and waiter stations were made from slabs imported from Sarrancolin, France. This marble is extracted from the Pyrénées European Mountain Range and is prestigious in its fine quality, beautiful design, vivid colours, and overall dazzlingly beauty.
Sarrancolin is a famous French marble used on many prestigious projects around the world. This marble is a grey shade and colours movements. Its main advantages are the diversity of movement and patterns that give its beauty in book matched or feature decoration.
The basement kitchen counter was made from Giallo Siena. A marble characterized by striking golden and bronze veining surrounded by shades of ivory, butter and ochre yellow.
The floors are a patterned array of red, white and green stones.
- Rosso Levantos, a marble quarried in a particular area of Levanto, concentrated on the coast of La Spezia. It is increasingly rare and precious. It is very similar to the more easily quarried Rosso Lepanto from Turkey.
- Volakas marble. A famous white Greek marble which vein shades can vary from grey to light brown, used for indoor applications.
- Verde Guatemala is one of the better known green marbles and can range in colour from a blue-green through to dark green. Verde Guatemala is a very beautiful sample of green stone marbles. It is quarried in India and it takes the name ‘Verde’ since it means green in some languages like Spanish and Italian.
