The Project

The Urban Revivo opening in Westfield Shopping Centre marks the first of the Chinese super-brand's UK stores, a now flagship location in its global expansion.

As a company, we provided design advice to ensure the sub-floors were suitably prepared and the correct adhesive/grouts and movement joints were used. In addition to this, our extensive design experience was utilised to perfect the intricate installation of almost 2,000m2 of bespoke ceramic floor tiles.

Our commercial office also liaised with the Principal Contractor to coordinate the import of the ceramic tiles from China, ensuring all tiles were on site in time for fixing, but not so early that they would clutter the active site.

All labour with regards to the tile installation was selected from our pool of high quality labour, the size of which allowed us to use different 'teams' on each vertical level. The project was successfully delivered to an excellent standard and within the project deadline.
